codebite – Return Policy
1 Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing products online, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products (the “cooling-off period”) and return them for a refund.
If any purchased items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, codebite will inform the consumer of this exclusion prior to the purchase.
2 Handling During the Cooling-off Period
During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. Products should only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine whether the consumer wishes to keep the item.
3 Returning Products
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all supplied accessories, following the instructions provided by codebite.
4 Return Costs
The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the consumer. Alternatively, the product may be returned free of charge by delivering it directly to our physical store.
